Job Description

Mythical Games, having recently acquired DMarket, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance its Mythical Marketplace. This role focuses on driving revenue, improving user retention, and ensuring operational efficiency for the web-based platform that facilitates the trading of in-game digital assets (NFTs). The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and analytics, to create a seamless and engaging trading experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Evolving the Mythical Marketplace roadmap to prioritize features that drive revenue and retention.
• Continuously improving the web trading experience.
• Collaborating with engineering to ensure features bring tangible business value while maintaining low operational costs.
• Translating product strategy into actionable requirements for various teams.
• Coordinating with support, development, and data teams to deliver engaging promotions and marketplace updates.
• Triaging user-reported issues and working with developers for timely resolutions.
• Monitoring feedback channels to improve user experience.
• Keeping abreast of marketplace trends and emerging player behaviors.
• Identifying and championing new revenue-generating ideas.
• Developing and running experiments to validate product hypotheses.
• Refining navigation and in-market interactions.
• Monitoring key marketplace metrics to guide product direction.
• Aligning priorities across various teams to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product management, ideally in marketplaces, gaming, or e-commerce.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid grasp of system architecture and infrastructure trade-offs.
• Proven track record of driving growth through product decisions.
• Skilled in using data to prioritize features and measure success.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments.
• Understanding of how product decisions affect operational costs.
• Strong partner to engineering, design, and analytics teams.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Interest in gaming ecosystems and Web3.
• English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.
