Roofr is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to enhance its paid acquisition strategies and foster business expansion. The Performance Marketing Specialist will report to the Performance Marketing Lead.This role involves:
  • Executing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing data-driven insights.
  • Developing and testing new ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Conducting A/B testing on campaign elements.
  • Managing budgets effectively across channels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align paid media efforts.
  • Providing regular performance reports.
Requirements include:
  • 1-3 years of experience managing paid digital campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hubspot, or Amplitude.
  • A data-driven mindset with understanding of conversion tracking and attribution.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.
