Cresta is seeking a detail-oriented Video Lead to contribute to their mission of revolutionizing contact centers through AI. This role involves managing the video production pipeline, coordinating with stakeholders, and crafting compelling video stories.
The Video Lead will report to the Creative Director and play a key role in shaping how Cresta communicates through video. The ideal candidate will be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Responsibilities:
- Produce marketing videos, including customer testimonials and product demos.
- Manage multiple video productions simultaneously.
- Secure resources such as crews, equipment, and locations for shoots.
- Write scripts in collaboration with technology experts.
- Provide art direction for videos.
- Edit videos of varying sizes and timelines.
- Plan and coordinate with stakeholders and agencies.
- Direct on-camera talent.
- Develop brand identity in marketing videos.
- Publish videos online and manage social media channels.
- Stay organized and communicate effectively.
- Trial new video production tools.
- Be a team player and support colleagues.
- Learn from results and improve deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of marketing video experience (SaaS or B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Experience managing complex projects.
- A video reel demonstrating ability to deliver excellence.
