iFood is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join their team. This role involves working with a leading Brazilian technology company that connects restaurants and consumers through innovative solutions. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data architectures and ETL pipelines, ensuring quality, performance, and governance. They will lead automation initiatives, develop internal data tools, identify strategic indicators, and translate business problems into data-driven solutions. The role also includes performing exploratory data analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing strategic decisions.
Role Involves:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining data architectures and ETL pipelines
- Leading automation initiatives and developing internal data tools
- Identifying strategic indicators and proposing relevant metrics
- Translating business problems into analytical models and data solutions
- Performing exploratory data analysis to generate impactful insights
- Collaborating with business, product, engineering, and data science teams
Requirements:
- Solid experience with PySpark
- Knowledge of workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, NiFi)
- Ability to transform business needs into metrics and data products
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard creation
- Practical experience with Git in collaborative environments
- Ability to mentor junior professionals
- Critical thinking, organization, and autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge in loss mitigation and fraud prevention
- Experience using LLMs and generative AI tools
- Participation in AI or Machine Learning projects
