DoorDash is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Manager to manage key merchant relationships within its Enterprise Post-sale and Partnerships team in Canada. The Enterprise Engagement Manager will be responsible for the strategic vision, development, and growth of DoorDash's relationships with the largest restaurant groups across North America and product verticals.This role reports to the Enterprise Restaurant Post-sale lead for DoorDash Canada. Canada is crucial for DoorDash's success, recognized for innovation and ability to win.
Responsibilities: - Owns, develops, and fosters strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Develops merchant relationships with C-suite, strategy, marketing, and operations leads.
- Works cross-functionally and serves as the liaison between partners and DoorDash leadership.
- Leverages playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure merchants receive a high-quality experience.
Requirements: - 5+ years’ experience in sales/ account management.
- Track record of driving revenue growth.
- Success working in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills (advanced excel skills required).
