Job Description
DoorDash is seeking an Enterprise Engagement Manager to manage key merchant relationships within its Enterprise Post-sale and Partnerships team. This role is pivotal in scaling DoorDash's Canadian business. The Enterprise Engagement Manager will report to the Enterprise Restaurant Post-sale lead for DoorDash Canada.
Role involves:
- Owning, developing, and fostering strategic merchant partnerships to drive sales growth.
- Developing relationships with C-suite executives and strategy, marketing, and operations leads.
- Working cross-functionally as a liaison between partners and DoorDash leadership.
- Leveraging playbooks, tools, and internal resources to ensure a high-quality merchant experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in sales/account management.
- A track record of driving revenue growth.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills.
