Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Dearborn, Michigan. The Supervising Clinician will embody the company's clinical values and respect for clients, practicing Applied Behavioral Analysis that aligns with the Foundations of Care model. The role involves overseeing ABA Therapy and providing guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical standards are met.

What this role involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff and ensuring daily functions.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
  • BCBA certification.
  • Active state license (when applicable).
  • 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
