Maintenance Technician II

ATS, founded in 1985, is a company with a presence in the United States, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. They specialize in industrial maintenance, ensuring factories operate efficiently. They are seeking a Maintenance Technician II for their Glenolden, Pennsylvania location.

The Maintenance Technician II will perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment. They will troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.

The role involves:

• Performing mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance.
• Identifying and sourcing parts, supplies and repair items.
• Performing maintenance as per industry standards.
• Setting up and operating machining operations.
• Complying with 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Driving and participating in CI activities.
• Updating records and reviewing CMMS history.
• Troubleshooting and analyzing control systems.
• Utilizing predictive maintenance technologies.
• Providing assistance to lower level technicians.
• Completing on-the-job and technical self-study programs.
• Following all safety related policies, rules, regulations.

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• May be required to travel.
