Bosa Properties Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the sales systems, tools, and processes. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Customer Operations Sr. Manager and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technology departments.

Role involves:
- Optimizing the use of technology tools by the sales team.
- Creating reports and dashboards for performance analysis.
- Identifying opportunities for the optimization of sales systems, tools, and processes.
- Driving consistent adoption of systems, tools, and processes.
The successful candidate should have:
- Five (5) years in a Revenue or Sales Operations role.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM.
- Strong knowledge of operations, change management, and project management best practices.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and analyze data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
