Salesforce Architect

Job Description

Tebra is seeking a Salesforce Architect to develop, enhance, and maintain their Salesforce instance. This role involves working with Salesforce, product backend databases, and occasionally providing Salesforce technical requirements to Workato and Netsuite. Experience with CPQ, Quote to Cash, Netsuite, and Snowflake is strongly desired. The Salesforce Architect will collaborate closely with Business Systems team members, Team Leads, Project Managers, and internal users.

Role involves:

• Designing scalable Salesforce architecture and data models.
• Implementing CPQ best practices.
• Creating solutions for identity and access management.
• Identifying optimal solutions for requirements.
• Leading solution design, requirements gathering, and project execution.
• Developing and maintaining Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce bugs.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with enterprise ERP systems such as NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of database concepts with proficiency in SQL.
• Ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Salesforce CPQ certification, Salesforce Solution Architect certification, and Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).
