City Storage Systems is seeking a Sr. Business Systems (HR) Analyst to join their People Operations team. This role focuses on optimizing the tools that power the People team, primarily Workday, Greenhouse, Fountain, and JIRA. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and experience managing HR systems.
Role involves:
Owning and optimizing the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
Supporting Workday HCM system administration.
Managing JIRA workflows and SLA tracking.
Driving cross-functional systems projects.
Identifying and implementing process automation opportunities.
Developing and maintaining system documentation and training materials.
Leading enablement and change management efforts.
Ensuring system and data integrity.
Building reports and dashboards in Workday, Greenhouse, and JIRA.
Requirements:
5-7+ years of experience in People Systems or HR Technology.
Workday + Greenhouse experience preferred.
Experience managing or configuring ticketing systems like JIRA.
Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
A systems thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports and dashboards in HR tools.
Experience leading systems projects and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
