Isaac is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their New Business team. Isaac is a financial solutions platforms for schools, offering guaranteed revenue and flexible payment options for families. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, a team player, and comfortable communicating with diverse individuals across various channels. They should be energetic, motivated, and eager to make an impact in a Fintech startup with a strong focus on education.

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Extracting, verifying, and sending reports to clients
  • Serving as an expert on the platforms that clients use daily
  • Assisting clients with questions
  • Working with Excel/Sheets to perform data analysis
  • Taking results-oriented actions to meet goals
  • Resolving problems with resilience
  • Developing relationships with other areas to help teams understand client problems

Requirements:

  • Completed or ongoing higher education
  • SQL (or willingness to learn)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Familiarity with Metabase
