Job Description
Momence, a booking and communications platform, is seeking a Product Manager to bridge the gap between engineering teams and the rest of the company. This role involves shaping product strategy, delivering impactful features, and supporting internal product operations. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and work closely with engineers and designers in Agile processes.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define and execute product strategy.
- Owning and driving product roadmap planning and delivery.
- Translating user and business requirements into actionable specs.
- Working closely with engineers and designers in Agile processes.
- Using analytics, customer feedback, and market research for continuous improvement.
- Supporting product launches in partnership with marketing, operations, and customer teams.
- Acting as the voice of the customer.
- Refining internal product processes.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of experience working on a complex product in a SaaS or tech-driven company.
- Proven ability to lead product initiatives end-to-end.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A self-starter attitude and curiosity to keep learning.
