Job Description
AB InBev is seeking a Global Social Listening & Insights Manager to join their in-house agency, draftLine. This role bridges the gap between data and creativity, leveraging social listening, digital analytics, and cultural trend spotting to unlock creative brand opportunities for Global Brands and the Corporate ABI brand. The ideal candidate will proactively stay on top of the latest in the digital and cultural landscape, delivering actionable insights and reporting that empower marketing teams to make stronger data-driven decisions.

Role involves:
  • Social Listening Analysis: Monitor and track social media conversations, identifying opportunities and trends.
  • Social Insights Generation: Synthesize social listening and digital analytics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Cultural Trend Identification: Monitor and report on cultural trends driving engagement across social platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal team members and external partners.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage consistently with brand senior leadership, providing strategic insights.
  • Data Storytelling: Generate clear and concise learnings from social tools.
  • Tools Optimization: Ensure mastery of social listening and analytics tools suite.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct regular industry and competitive analysis.
  • Escalations Monitoring: Actively monitor key social media conversations.
  • Team Leadership and Oversight: Lead and manage a small team of social listening analysts.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or related field.
  • Proficiency with social listening platforms and social media management tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Emplifi, CreatorIQ).
  • Strong data interpretation and visualization skills.
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage a small team.
  • Minimum of 6 years in social listening, digital analytics, or related roles.
