Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant Team Manager to lead a team of Executive Assistants. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the firm's administrative support function, optimizing work allocation, and maintaining high performance levels.Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Executive Assistants across multiple time zones.
  • Review and implement resource management strategies.
  • Oversee work allocation and task distribution.
  • Monitor and review performance and service delivery.
  • Continuously review and adjust processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
  • Identify and address training and development needs.
  • Address performance-related issues.
  • Implement best practices for workflow efficiency and quality assurance.
  • Assist in complex projects and coordination across departments.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or administrative professionals.
  • Strong background in process improvement and service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership, delegation, and people management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • IT and data literate, with workflow and task management system experience preferred.
  • Able to work in alignment with ET hours
