Responsibilities: - Supervise and support a team of Executive Assistants across multiple time zones.
- Review and implement resource management strategies.
- Oversee work allocation and task distribution.
- Monitor and review performance and service delivery.
- Continuously review and adjust processes to improve productivity and accuracy.
- Identify and address training and development needs.
- Address performance-related issues.
- Implement best practices for workflow efficiency and quality assurance.

Requirements: - Proven experience managing a team of Executive Assistants or administrative professionals.
