The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in executing and supporting the organization’s marketing strategy. This position requires a strong blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.He/She will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams.Role involves:
- Campaign development and execution
- Content and social media management
- Marketing analytics and optimization
- Event support and brand promotion
- AI and digital marketing tools utilization
- Budget tracking and allocation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Creative Industries, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation, preferably in a high-growth or real estate-related industry.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools including Excel, CRM software, content creation platforms, marketing automation systems, email marketing services, social media management, analytics platforms, SEO tools, photo and video editing applications, and art and design fundamentals.
- A team player who aligns with organizational goals while excelling as an individual contributor.
