GROPYUS is seeking an Office Manager to join their team in Berlin-Schöneberg. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, working from the reception area. This role requires someone to be physically present at the office during office hours.
Responsibilities will include:
- Proactive preparation and coordination of day-to-day office tasks
- Creating a welcoming and comfortable office atmosphere
- Visitor management, including welcoming, guidance, and meeting room preparation
- Ensuring health and safety at the office, including liaising with the company doctor
- Supporting the People team with onboarding new employees
- Assisting teams with organizing meetings, catering, and general office-related duties
- Support in organizing employee events and office parties
- Budget management for all office supply expenses
- Receiving and distributing external mail and packages
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager, or in hospitality/service industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent German and minimally B1 English communication skills
- Strong service orientation and enjoys working in an international team
- Experience organizing events
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to take on administrative and operational tasks
