VSI, a leading language localisation and media services provider with 28 studio facilities worldwide, is seeking an Office Coordinator to join their London team. This role is crucial for maintaining a professional front-of-house service and ensuring the efficient running of reception and administrative processes.

The Office Coordinator will report to the Junior Office Manager and be based on reception. This position requires someone who is organised, has excellent communication skills, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening the office and maintaining high standards of facilities.
  • Answering and directing telephone calls professionally.
  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff politely and professionally.
  • Managing meeting room schedules and organising refreshments.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
  • Booking couriers and taxis.
  • Assisting with company activities and managing staff gifts.
  • Managing company credit payment records.
  • Making Travel bookings

Requirements:

  • Receptionist/admin experience in an office environment.
  • Previous experience in booking international travel
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
