SpotOn is seeking a Customer Service Agent for their Krakow, Poland office. SpotOn helps restaurants and small businesses compete with payment and software technology. The Customer Service Agent will work afternoon shifts and assist clients with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities include:
Responding to client inquiries through multiple channels
Backlog & Inbox Management
Providing solutions to client issues
Documenting client interactions
Requirements include:
1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Excellent English communication skills
High school diploma
Ability to work in hybrid mode (3 days in office, 2 days remote after probation)
