SpotOn is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team in Krakow, Poland. SpotOn helps restaurants and small businesses compete and win with flexible payment and software technology.
The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate and effective solutions to client issues.
- Documenting all client interactions and transactions.
- Meeting or exceeding performance goals.
- Attending coaching sessions and completing training.
- Maintaining knowledge of SpotOn products and services.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with conflict resolution.
