Job Description

GROPYUS is seeking an Office Manager to support their Berlin office. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role involves a variety of tasks, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prepare and coordinate daily office activities.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and visitors.
  • Manage visitor reception and meeting room preparation.
  • Oversee office health and safety, including collaboration with the company doctor.
  • Support the People Team with onboarding new employees.
  • Assist teams with meeting organization, catering, and general office tasks.
  • Help organize employee events and office celebrations.
  • Manage the budget for office supplies.
  • Receive and distribute external mail and packages.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager, or in the hospitality/service industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and at least B1 level English.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to work in an international team.
  • Experience organizing events.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to handle administrative and operational tasks.
