GROPYUS is seeking an Office Manager to support their Berlin office. The Office Manager will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role involves a variety of tasks, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively prepare and coordinate daily office activities.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for colleagues and visitors.
- Manage visitor reception and meeting room preparation.
- Oversee office health and safety, including collaboration with the company doctor.
- Support the People Team with onboarding new employees.
- Assist teams with meeting organization, catering, and general office tasks.
- Help organize employee events and office celebrations.
- Manage the budget for office supplies.
- Receive and distribute external mail and packages.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Receptionist or Office Manager, or in the hospitality/service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and at least B1 level English.
- Strong service orientation and ability to work in an international team.
- Experience organizing events.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to handle administrative and operational tasks.
