Exact Sales, a leading Sales Engagement Software company in Latin America and part of RD Station, is seeking an Analista de Estratégias Comerciais. This role will focus on supporting clients in utilizing Exact Sales' software to its full potential, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans to enhance client operations and results.

The Analista de Estratégias Comerciais will engage in strategic client support, project management, and data analysis. They will conduct remote meetings and training sessions, ensure system parameterization aligns with project goals, maintain client engagement, and interpret operational data to drive results. The role involves analyzing dashboards and reports to mitigate risks and proactively address potential issues.

Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic monitoring in the client's commercial area, setting up action plans and monitoring the operation
  • Managing projects for clients in various market segments, aligning expectations and conducting meetings and training via video conference
  • Ensuring that the system parameterization is adequate and in accordance with the project scope
  • Ensuring client engagement throughout the process, leading them through it and delivering according to the SLA
  • Performing the process in a consultative manner with a focus on results, interpreting the data generated from the operation
  • Ensuring that documents are updated within standards and stored in the project folder, to ensure project compliance
  • Analyzing dashboards and reports, mapping risks and evaluating client scenarios, with the purpose of mitigating problems that may arise during the process
The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree complete or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Process Engineering, Project Management, Managerial Processes or related fields
  • Previous knowledge of the commercial area
  • Experience in B2B customer relations
  • Familiarity with technology
  • Analytical, strategic and consultative business skills
  • Customer-first mindset, with a passion for technology and planning actions with empathy for the customer, seeking to meet, deliver value and exceed expectations with those who interact
  • Be an organized person with good communication
