Exact Sales, a leading Sales Engagement software company in Latin America, is seeking an Assistente de Customer Success to help clients effectively use the Exact Spotter platform. This role focuses on empowering clients through education, data-driven insights, and promoting the use of support materials. The position is located in Florianópolis, SC.

The Assistente de Customer Success will play a key role in ensuring clients maximize the value of Exact Spotter. The assistant will work with a focus on a more simple, efficient and positive journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client platform usage and identify engagement levels.
  • Promote educational content such as videos, e-books, and guides.
  • Send personalized email communications with tips and guidance.
  • Address client inquiries through the CS Descomplica Agenda.
  • Suggest improvements to support materials based on client feedback.
  • Help identify clients at risk of cancellation and support retention efforts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or higher education (in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or Technology).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with clarity and empathy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest in learning about digital tools.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Desire to help people learn and develop.

The role offers:

  • Hybrid work model after the initial 3-month period (2 days on-site, 3 days remote).
