Groupon is seeking a Product Manager to lead Deal Management in Prague. The role involves enhancing tools and features for merchants and internal stakeholders to create, manage, and optimize deals. The Product Manager will define functionalities and new features. They will also analyze new opportunities and product weaknesses based on data and propose changes to move the platform/product towards simplicity and clarity with focus on post-purchase and mobile app.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS and e-commerce/start-up
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes with focus on mobile app
- Proficiency in using product management tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent data analysis skills and user research methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
