Groupon is seeking a Product Manager to focus on the post-purchase experience. This role involves leading projects to improve efficiency and clarity, analyzing opportunities based on data, and proposing changes to enhance the platform, particularly on the mobile app. The Product Manager will define functionalities, seek inspiration from industry leaders, and prioritize opportunities based on impact and effort.

Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS fast-paced environment & e-commerce/start-up.
- Post-purchase experience and focus.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong technical background with a good understanding of software development processes with focus on mobile app.
- Proficiency in using product management tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and A/B testing platforms.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to derive insights from user data and analytics.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
