iFood is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their team in Osasco, São Paulo, Brazil. The company is a leader in online food delivery in Latin America. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and evolving product roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams, conducting discovery practices, monitoring performance metrics, and negotiating with stakeholders.
Role Involves:

- Conducting discovery, experimentation, and validations.
- Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
- Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
- Experience in discovery processes and hypothesis formulation.
- Ability to conduct experiments such as POCs and A/B tests.
- Experience with data analysis and metric interpretation.
- Clear communication skills.
- Proactivity in identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
- Ability to negotiate with stakeholders.
- Comfort in dealing with pressure and changes.
- Collaborative work with teams.
- Intermediate or advanced English for communication.
