watchTowr, a VC-backed cybersecurity startup, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their high-energy, high-performing team. The ideal candidate will help the company to continuously discover vulnerabilities in their Internet-facing attack surface.

Role Involves:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in B2B / SaaS sales in the cybersecurity industry in an SDR role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
  • Skilled in active listening, allowing for more effective conversations and discovery during outreach.
  • Demonstrated resilience in managing outreach activities, handling rejections, and following up with prospects.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise a high volume of prospects and tasks effectively.
  • Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Able to conduct research to identify relevant prospects and understand their pain points and needs.
  • Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and relevance based on defined qualification criteria.
