Requirements:
- At least 4 years experience in B2B / SaaS sales in the cybersecurity industry in an SDR role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
- Skilled in active listening, allowing for more effective conversations and discovery during outreach.
- Demonstrated resilience in managing outreach activities, handling rejections, and following up with prospects.
- Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise a high volume of prospects and tasks effectively.
- Familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Able to conduct research to identify relevant prospects and understand their pain points and needs.
- Analytical mindset to assess lead quality and relevance based on defined qualification criteria.
