Pricefox.gr, a member of the Antenna Group, is seeking a Call Center Representative to join its sales team in Athens, Greece. This role involves supporting platform visitors in selecting suitable services, retaining existing customer relationships, managing incoming call requests, and managing sales leads through the platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored service proposals.
• Communicating with existing customers to maintain cooperation and promote further services.
• Managing incoming call requests and resolving customer issues.
• Managing sales leads from the platform through the purchase.
• Communicating with internal teams to resolve customer problems quickly.
• Participating in sales competitions and contributing to monthly company goals.

Requirements:

• High school or higher education graduate.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Communicative and enjoys interacting with people.
