Pricefox.gr, a member of the Antenna Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in Athens. The Sales Advisor will support platform visitors in selecting the right services, saving them time and money.Role involves:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored service recommendations.
• Communicating with existing customers to maintain relationships and promote additional services.
• Managing incoming call requests, resolving issues, and answering customer product questions.
• Managing sales leads and guiding customers through the purchase process.
• Communicating with internal teams to resolve issues effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Participating in sales competitions and contributing to monthly company goals.

Requirements:

• High school or higher education graduate.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
