The role involves supporting platform visitors in selecting suitable services, saving them time and money.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored service recommendations.
• Communicating with existing customers to maintain relationships and promote additional services.
• Managing incoming call requests, resolving issues, and answering customer questions.
• Managing sales leads and handling the end-to-end customer journey.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure effective customer service.
• Participating in internal sales competitions and contributing to monthly company goals.

Requirements:

• High school or higher education graduate.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with people.
