Sales Assistant at Pricefox

Pricefox.gr, a subsidiary of two major groups in Greece and Europe, is seeking a Sales Assistant to join its team in Athens. The company is part of the Antenna Group. This role involves supporting platform visitors in selecting suitable services, saving them time and money.Role involves:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored service recommendations.
• Communicating with existing customers to maintain cooperation and promote further services.
• Managing inbound call requests, resolving issues, and answering customer inquiries about products.
• Managing sales leads and overseeing end-to-end customer management until product purchase.
• Communicating with internal teams to address issues promptly for effective customer service.
• Participating in internal sales competitions and contributing to the achievement of monthly company goals.

Requirements:

• High school or higher education graduate.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Good communication skills and enjoys interacting with people.
