Role Involves:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs.
• Communicating with existing clients.
• Managing incoming calls and resolving customer issues.
• Managing sales leads from end to end.
• Communicating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Participating in sales contests and contributing to monthly targets.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or higher education.
• Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
