Sales Executive at Pricefox

Pricefox.gr, a subsidiary of two major groups in Greece and Europe, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team in Athens. The company is part of the Antenna Group. This role involves supporting platform visitors in selecting appropriate services, saving them time and money.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored service recommendations.
• Communicating with existing clients to maintain cooperation and promote additional services.
• Managing inbound call requests, resolving issues, and answering customer questions.
• Managing sales leads through the platform and handling end-to-end customer management.
• Communicating with internal teams to address problems and ensure effective customer service.
• Participating in internal sales competitions and contributing to the achievement of monthly company goals.

Requirements:

• High school or higher education graduate.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Excellent communication skills.
