Sales Specialist at Pricefox

Pricefox.gr, a subsidiary of two major groups in Greece and Europe, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its ambitious team in Athens. This role involves supporting platform visitors in selecting the right services, saving them time and money.Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing customer needs to provide tailored service suggestions.
• Communicating with existing customers to maintain relationships and promote additional services.
• Managing inbound call requests, resolving issues, and answering customer inquiries.
• Managing sales leads and guiding customers through the entire purchase process.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address issues and ensure effective customer service.
• Participating in sales competitions and contributing to monthly company goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher education.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoys interacting with people.
