Strategy Consultant at Insify

Insify, a digital insurance platform for European entrepreneurs and SMEs, is seeking a Strategy Consultant to drive growth initiatives for its Operations.

The Strategy Consultant will partner with the leadership team to define a feedback loop between Operations and Product/Engineering teams. They will also work with teams across the Netherlands, Germany, and France to optimize business outcomes and customer satisfaction in claim handling, sales, and customer support.

Role Involves:

• Partnering with the leadership team to drive growth initiatives for Operations
• Defining a feedback loop between Operations and Product/ Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
• Optimizing business outcomes and customer satisfaction for claim handling, sales and customer support across three markets
• Partnering with the data team to ensure data-informed decisions
• Optimizing end-to-end processes and systems to bring customer value to market

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in strategy, planning, and program management in a startup/scaleup environment
• Experience as a strategy consultant is a plus
• Experience designing and running operational processes including planning
• Flexibility to work across disciplines
• Ability to transform complex ideas into clear paths
• Proactive, organized, and a self-starter
• A go-getter attitude with a hands-on approach
