Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business needs.
  • Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems with 24/7 operations.
  • Proven track record of managing a team, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
  • Experience planning and executing complex multi-team products.
  • Comfortable managing teams and products with tight deadlines and short release cycles.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, cloud solutions, and programming languages.
  • BA/BS in engineering or related field.
