Requirements:
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and business needs.
- Experience in building highly scalable distributed systems with 24/7 operations.
- Proven track record of managing a team, including hiring, onboarding, and professional development.
- Experience planning and executing complex multi-team products.
- Comfortable managing teams and products with tight deadlines and short release cycles.
- Solid understanding of APIs, cloud solutions, and programming languages.
- BA/BS in engineering or related field.
