Simplesurance, part of Allianz since 2022, seeks an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Directors in Berlin. The ideal candidate will manage appointments, provide administrative support, and collaborate with various teams, including those within the Allianz group.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, coordinating, and managing appointments for Managing Directors.
- Providing administrative support in daily operations.
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including travel booking and company party planning.
- Working with assistants and managers within the Allianz group.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management (Outlook, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize with an independent and proactive work style.
- Prior experience in a tech environment or office management, supporting senior executives.
- Excellent communication skills in German and Business English (German is a must-have).
