Job Description
Centria is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Supervising Clinician. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met. Centria's model focuses on individualized care through assent-based care, Practical Functional Assessment & Skills-Based Treatment (PFA-SBT), and Universal Protocols. The company emphasizes clinical quality, with multiple layers of clinical support and a Dyad model that eliminates operational tasks.
The role involves:
- Providing clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention.
- Training and managing a team of Behavior Technicians.
- Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
- Developing child-specific behavior plans.
- Leading and maintaining staff, ensuring daily functions are completed.
- Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in acceptance with BACB guidelines.
- Completion of 8-hour supervision course or willingness to complete within first 30 days.
- BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
- Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
- 1+ years of experience working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred.
- Crisis management experience is preferred.
