Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented L1 Support Analyst for Oracle Cloud Fusion to join their Digital IT team. The Support Analyst will be responsible for providing frontline ticket triage, SLA monitoring, and end-user coordination.

Role Involves:

  • Handling incoming user tickets via ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Classifying and triaging incidents and assigning them to L2/L3 teams.
  • Maintaining ticket logs, resolutions, and SLA compliance.
  • Supporting communication with users across global time zones.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 support role involving Oracle or ERP ticketing systems.
  • 4–6 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or equivalent.
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow / Jira.
  • Strong skills in Ticket Management, SLA Tracking, Communication, and ERP Escalation.
  • Strong Communication, Collaboration, Product Roadmap, Growth Mindset, and Ability to Navigate challenges during conversation with Stakeholders.
