System Administrator

Job Description

Azurity Pharmaceuticals seeks a System Administrator to join their team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be a key player in Azurity's digital transformation, providing support, troubleshooting, and management of systems and infrastructure.

• Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting
• Manages tools like Active Directory, IAM, Intune, Defender, etc.
• Manages Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
• Owns Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment (Entra)
• Performs daily system monitoring
• Creates and maintain system documentation
• Improves existing processes through solutions and enhancements
• Manages customer satisfaction
• Automates mundane tasks using scripting languages

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer/information science or information technology
• 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Experience should be able to work in project teams, under pressure, facilitate discussion, decision-making and conflict resolution.
• Excellent communicator
• Willingness to participate in on-call duties
• Fluent in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tech stack (Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, DNS, DHCP, Intune, Defender, Entra ID etc.)
• Work experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Comprehensive experience with enterprise multi-forest infrastructure models
• Building servers and virtual machines in compliance with established practice.
• Extensive knowledge of client / server operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and Windows), backend infrastructure services and networking, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), certificates, and their impact on Active Directory
• Experience on Microsoft Hyper-V and backup systems
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication and authorization in particular
