System Administrator

Job Description

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a System Administrator to play a crucial role in its digital transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for application support, troubleshooting, and managing tools such as Active Directory, IAM, Intune, and Defender. This role involves managing the Azure Cloud Infrastructure, performing system monitoring, and creating system documentation. The System Administrator will also be expected to automate mundane tasks using PowerShell, Shell Scripts, Python, and improve existing processes.

• Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting
• Manages tools like Active Directory, IAM, Intune, Defender etc.
• Manages Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Owns Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment (Entra)
• Performs daily system monitoring
• Creates and maintains system documentation
• Automates the mundane tasks using PowerShell, Shell Scripts, Python etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer/information science or IT
• 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tech stack (Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM, DNS, DHCP, Intune, Defender, Entra ID)
• Work experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud
• Extensive knowledge of client / server operating systems (Linux, UNIX, and Windows)
• Experience on Microsoft Hyper-V and backup systems
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Fluent in English
