Job Description
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a System Administrator to play a key role in its digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, integrity, and availability of all systems, hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes. They will be an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, providing guidance and direction in resolving escalated issues. The System Administrator will also manage tools like Active Directory, IAM, Intune, and Defender, as well as Azure Cloud Infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to automate mundane tasks.
- Serves as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting.
- Manages Active Directory, IAM, Intune, Defender, and Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Owns Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for the corporate Identity Management environment.
- Performs daily system monitoring and verifies system integrity.
- Creates and maintains system documentation for domain technologies.
- Improves existing processes through solutions to recurring problems.
- Manages customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Automates tasks using PowerShell, Shell Scripts, Python.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer/information science or information technology.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tech stack - Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, IAM, DNS, DHCP, Intune, Defender, Entra ID etc.
- Work experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Experience on Microsoft Hyper-V and backup systems
- Excellent communicator and able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Comprehensive experience with enterprise multi-forest infrastructure models
- Fluent in English.
