Senior PC Technician

Job Description

Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled Senior PC Technician to join their Digital team in Hyderabad. This role involves providing technical support via phone, email, and chat, assisting with the installation and configuration of hardware and software, and troubleshooting Active Directory, M365, Entra ID, and GPO issues.He/she will verify the functionality of hardware and software components and conduct daily health checks for network, applications, and security. The Senior PC Technician will support both Apple and Windows workstations and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support.Responsibilities:

• Handle technical support through phone, email and chat options.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and usability of system hardware and software.
• Support for Apple and Windows workstations.
• Troubleshoot Active Directory, M365, Entra ID, user access, and GPO issues.
• Troubleshoot application issues and escalate them to Level 2 support.
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components.
• Conduct daily health checks for network, applications, and security.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication abilities and experience working with users in the USA and Europe.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics, or related field.
• 7-9 years of relevant hands-on experience with tech support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite during flexible hours to support India, US, and EU operations.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows OS 7, 8, 10, 11 and macOS.
• Knowledge of Networking equipment .
