Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant to ensure retailers successfully integrate and maximize the potential of their product. The Implementation Consultant will provide training, guidance, and best practices to the X-Series team, enhancing customer retention and the overall client experience.
Role Involves:
- Providing comprehensive training and support to retailers on integration packages.
- Creating inventory and customer databases by importing data from files.
- Achieving integration goals, KPIs, and timelines for retailer go-live dates.
- Collaborating with retailers to understand needs and configure workflows for success.
- Staying updated on product and retail industry best practices.
- Identifying upgrade opportunities for payments, third-party add-ons, and packages.
- Documenting feedback for Product, Sales, and Operations teams to improve integration.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer success, training, and professional services.
- Initiative to identify and improve processes.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation capabilities.
- Fluency in English (French proficiency strongly preferred).
- In-depth technical knowledge in the retail sector and retail tools (an asset).
- E-commerce experience (an asset).
- Sales experience (an asset).
