Lightspeed is seeking an Implementation Consultant to ensure retailers successfully integrate and maximize the potential of their product. The Implementation Consultant will provide training, guidance, and best practices to the X-Series team, enhancing customer retention and the overall client experience.

Role Involves:
  • Providing comprehensive training and support to retailers on integration packages.
  • Creating inventory and customer databases by importing data from files.
  • Achieving integration goals, KPIs, and timelines for retailer go-live dates.
  • Collaborating with retailers to understand needs and configure workflows for success.
  • Staying updated on product and retail industry best practices.
  • Identifying upgrade opportunities for payments, third-party add-ons, and packages.
  • Documenting feedback for Product, Sales, and Operations teams to improve integration.

Requirements:
  • Experience in customer success, training, and professional services.
  • Initiative to identify and improve processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation capabilities.
  • Fluency in English (French proficiency strongly preferred).
  • In-depth technical knowledge in the retail sector and retail tools (an asset).
  • E-commerce experience (an asset).
  • Sales experience (an asset).
