Job Description

Ogilvy Social.Lab, a full-service advertising agency headquartered in Brussels, is seeking a driven Senior Account Manager to join their team. The Senior Account Manager will nurture and develop some of the region’s most loved and established brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client projects and manage them daily.
  • Coordinate 360° projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning.
  • Ensure alignment between creative, traffic, production, and media teams.
  • Overcome difficulties and find solutions during projects.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and agency members.
  • Understand client's business and market trends.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Provide direction on creative briefs.
  • Manage the agency’s billing system, invoicing, and POs.
  • Ensure work is produced efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in social, digital, and direct marketing.
  • Experience in ATL and adaptations of global campaigns.
  • Native proficiency in French or Dutch, with fluency in the other language.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience in growing senior client relationships and business.
  • Expert project management skills.
  • Experience in managing team members.
  • Enthusiastic team player.
  • Curious and keen to grow & learn.
  • Flexible and open to work in an agile environment.
  • Hands-on approach.
