Sr. Account Manager at DoubleVerify

DoubleVerify is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Warsaw. The Account Manager will be responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts and relationships. They will oversee campaigns from kick-off to billing, working with various teams to deliver excellent customer service. The Account Manager will recommend and implement strategies for client product needs and educate customers on DoubleVerify's product suite.Role involves:

• Managing day-to-day Agency and/or Network partner relationships.
• Providing strategic and tactical client service.
• Overseeing portfolios, identifying growth opportunities.
• Managing client business processes including onboarding, reporting, and billing.
• Ensuring the quality of services and solutions.
• Conducting kick-off and on-going calls with clients and internal teams.
• Compiling performance evaluations for each client.
• Monitoring and reporting campaign performance.
• Facilitating contract billing process.
• Communicating DoubleVerify’s value proposition.
• Managing customer expectations.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Participating in client meetings.
• Managing and/or participating in process improvement initiatives.
• Providing customer insights on ways DoubleVerify may improve products and services.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales or Account Management.
• Understanding of the online advertising industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent/higher level of education.
• Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Direct experience working at an advertising agency, publisher, ad network, or demand-side platform.
• Experience with Ad Serving technology.
• Comprehensive understanding of the online media marketplace.
• Experience managing online media products and technologies.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker, and a team player.
• Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with a rigorous attention to detail.
