Team Lead Account (Partner) Management (Maternity Cover)

Job Description

Delasport, a leading iGaming software provider, is seeking a Team Lead Account (Partner) Management for a maternity cover position. The role is based in Sofia or Plovdiv, Bulgaria. The Team Lead will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, nurturing relationships and managing day-to-day business requests.

The role involves:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
• Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Acting as a primary liaison for the assigned portfolio.
• Driving account renewals and upsells.
• Ensuring timely and excellent deliverable.
• Gathering information for operator stability and production excellence.
• Communicating requirements with the team.
• Creating a business schedule with regular meetings.
• Tracking and reporting key metrics.
• Monitoring market trends.
• Addressing partner issues promptly.
• Relaying client feedback to improve products and services.
• Being the partner’s voice within the organization.

Requirements for the role include:

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in iGaming.
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and work management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Problem-solving mindset and a team-player attitude.
