Senior PM (IL) - Lead Banking & SMB at April

april, a leading tax solution embedded in financial platforms, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its Banking and SMB segments. The Senior PM will be responsible for the customer experience, customer value, and enterprise value for embedding partners. This role involves setting the strategy, roadmap, and requirements, and collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and other squads. The Senior PM will report directly to the founder overseeing product at april.

Responsibilities:

• Create and run products that improve the financial lives of millions of taxpayers.
• Lead april’s product geared towards the banking and SMB segments, like tax filing, payroll optimization and tax consultation.
• Drive forward product development processes for all aspects of the product through the entire lifecycle.
• Ensure banking and SMB clients reach their goals in implementing april and align around better serving the taxpayer.
• Clearly document decisions and roadmap to share with the entire organization.
• Craft and execute longer term product strategy in collaboration with the whole development organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience with B2B2C embedded applications.
• Experience in Fintech.
• A strong bias towards execution.
• Ability to operate simultaneously at both a strategic level and deep dive into day to day operations and technical details with ease.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
