Job Description

This is a job offer for a Supply Chain Analyst position at unybrands, a next-generation e-commerce platform for micro-brands. The company operates globally and is headquartered in Miami. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end performance and management of the supply chain across multiple micro-brands. They will work closely with micro-brand business teams, procurement team and senior management to spearhead inventory flows across a tiered supply chain.

What this role involves:

  • Create and execute effective monthly and quarterly planning cycles with business and operational stakeholders
  • Design, develop and maintain scalable reports to track progress towards plans
  • Optimize capacity for the business by balancing operational flexibility and cost efficiency
  • Oversee the population of weekly supply chain metrics and callouts
  • Drive standardization of tools and processes to build scalable execution plans with business and operations teams
  • Identify/Implement capacity planning and management tools and technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency
  • Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting
  • Provide critical thinking and influence cross functionally on streamlining processes
  • Coordinate with finance teams to maintain and update plans

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of relevant experience working in a data-driven role, Supply Chain exposure
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related field
  • 6+ months in the digital commerce ecosystem is a plus
  • Advance proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, Power Pivots, etc.)
  • Problem solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent business judgement and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high energy/pace environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
