Job Description

Alma is experiencing exponential growth since 2019, acquiring hundreds of new merchants monthly. The company currently collaborates with over 19,000 merchants across 10 European countries. It is seeking an Account Executive Inbound to support merchants interested in adopting Alma's solutions. The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, playing a crucial role in Alma's sales operations.

Role involves:

  • Processing all incoming leads from various sources for merchants with annual sales under €5 million.
  • Organising introductory meetings to qualify leads.
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial qualification to the merchant's first sale.
  • Optimising Alma's take rate among activated merchants.
  • Organising and tracking sales activities using a CRM system.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (e.g., Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, Inside Sales).
  • Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English are mandatory.
  • Good level in Spanish or German is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle, negotiation, and closing discussions.
