CLEVR is seeking a PLM Project Manager with engineering expertise to drive digital transformation using Siemens and Mendix solutions. The role involves managing projects across the DACH and Nordic regions, ensuring they align with budget, time, and quality expectations. The PLM Project Manager will be responsible for planning across multidisciplinary teams, setting up project governance, managing stakeholders, identifying risks, and solving problems.
The candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams, manage project scope, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. They will also identify commercial opportunities and contribute to implementation proposals.
Role Involves:
- Planning and strategizing with multidisciplinary teams
- Identifying and addressing challenges within the team, with customers, or suppliers
- Managing time, budget, scope, and quality across multiple projects
- Engaging in effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing a portfolio of projects
- Identifying commercial opportunities and contribute to crafting implementation proposals
- Setting up project governance and managing expectations with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
- Solid knowledge in engineering project management
- Certified Scrum Master (PSM) is an advantage
- Strong project management skills, including effective customer communication
- Stress resilient and analytical, as well as employee, quality and customer satisfaction oriented
- Fluent in German and English, both verbally and in writing
