Project Manager at CLEVR

CLEVR is seeking a Project Manager to drive digital transformation using Siemens and Mendix technologies. The Project Manager will work closely with consultants and clients, managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company's and client's strategic objectives.

Role Involves:

• People planning across multidisciplinary teams for Nordic clients and partners
• Managing project scope, budget, time, and quality
• Setting up project governance and managing stakeholder expectations
• Creating a safe work environment for consultants
• Identifying and mitigating risks
• Solving problems and taking appropriate actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
• Solid knowledge in engineering project management
• Certified Scrum Master (PSM) and Mendix certification (advantage)
• Strong project management and customer communication skills
• Stress resilience and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English
